Impact Working partners with Deposit Guarantee platform Insurami to offer deposit-free deals

Securing deposit-free access to private offices, dedicated desks and co-working memberships

Impact Working, the flex office operator and sister company of the Impact Capital Group, has partnered with Insurami, to offer deposit-free deals for their members. Instead of a traditional deposit, Impact Working will accept a deposit guarantee as security for the licence or membership agreement, enabling tenants to save over 95% of their upfront deposit costs.

Responding to the needs of businesses in a post Covid-19 environment, Impact Working’s partnership with Insurami demonstrates continual innovation in order to provide a best-in-class occupier experience. By eliminating the need to tie up working capital in a deposit for office space, this leaves more money in the pocket of the occupier to utilise for growth.
